    If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days for a full refund, replacement, or exchange.

    If an incorrect item was shipped, the Sacramento River Cats will send out a return label. When the incorrect merchandise has been received, the Sacramento River Cats will ship out the correct merchandise. To help us rapidly process your request, please return a copy of the receipt/order packing slip with the merchandise.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us the details of your damaged or defective order inquiry using the contact us form. This will help us better track your email inquiry and ensure you will get a quicker response to your order change request.

    Partial Orders
